Macraweave is a combination of macrame knotting and weaving, it is most often used to create thought provoking wall hangings made of wool and fabric scraps.
The technique involves creating a basic macrame pattern with open sections, where your materials of choice can be added in using a variety of weaving stitches for colour and texture.
This 2 hour non sew workshop is ideal for any level of macrame experience. It's a great follow-up to a beginner's macrame workshop.
This is a new Scrapadoo workshop run by a new host, Zoe, who has recently moved to Northwich.
The cost is £25 which includes all materials, tuition and tea/coffee with homemade cake.. Pay for 3 two hour workshops and receive a £5 discount so it's only £70.
Do you despair at sewing on brownie badges? Do you have loads of clothes that you don't wear because a button needs sewing on, or they need repairing.
Bring your broken clothes to this hand sewing workshop and learn how to make them like new. The workshop is held in our lovely studio, The Bullpen with a stunning view over the Cheshire countryside.
The cost is £25 or £70 if you pay for 3 workshops, payable in advance, preferably with Paypal. Tea/coffee and home made cake is also included.
